Product knowledge is also important. "General switch" is not a thing. It's called the electrical panel or circuit breaker. Btw, the confusing appliance is called a microwave convection oven.

It is so rare to find a tour where the person is well-prepared. Parang HS na di prepared sa reporting kaya nagturo ng mga bagay bagay at dinescribe yung obvious. Sayang yung ganda nung place, di nakakaengganyo yung presenter.

You two do an amazing job showing the units, luv your enthusiasm. Disappointment with the concrete block in the living room... what a blockage of view if one has one. The kitchen cabinets are quite small, with little to no opportunities to build out more. The rest of the unit is amazing, and I would buy now if it wasn't for the two issues I listed above. Do you know if Airb&b is allowed in this Mega World property? Keep up the great work!
