Thanks for this video however there are so many information missing that you guys can provide. I just don't understand why you guys don't want to reveal the price and all the details in buying the condo. It would not matter to all the potential buyers because we will find out anyway but it really does not help potential buyers like us. Specially now that the condo market and real estate market is slowing down all over the world because of the looming potential World War 3. With China and Philippines rising tension all we can do is sit tight until the housing market goes down and then we can buy it at a very low price. If I were you, you guys have to consider on how you can intice people to buy and not just baiting us. I've seen realtor vloggers specially in tiktok will say for 20,000 thousand pesos a month you can move in and buy the condo but they never reveal the actual price and all the hidden charges. They will never mention that after 3 years or 5 years they will have to pay the whole price of the house in full and they will never mention that it does not come with a prking lot and you will have to buy it seperately and it will cost the buyers an additional 5 to 10 million pesos. And don't forget the HOA. I understand that if you guys say the actual price probably there will be no one be interested at all to inquire. I suggest just spill it out and reveal what ever needs to be revealed and maybe we will be more interactive and perhaps recommend it to our peers and try not act like a typical car salesman. We really hate the car salesman baiting. Other than that good luck on your sales in the coming moths and years hopefully China and Philippine tensions doesn't get worse and crash the housing market in Asia.

Love your vlogs guys. I was disappointed that the kitchen cabinets are seemingly smaller in contrast to the model. For starters the installed cabinet only has 2 horizontal underneath lights. Secondly, the model had the cabinet directly over the kitchen sink. So, it is not exactly as shown in your model 2br vlog. 😢
