@@da5048 i can say this to you rather, you should use your brain first. Pt ji himself is a Maharashtrian, his mother tongue is Marathi. So why he will speak in Hindi or English. Aur waise me tumhe ek baat bata du ki Hindi bhi harek country me nahi bola jata hai. Hindi bhi koi world language nahi hai. Agar har koi Hindi and English me hi bolne laga toh Marathi language ka existence hi khatam ho jayega. So, please you use your brain before speaking.

Very informative🙏. I have heard 16-beats ‘Aadi Taal’ 4+4+4+4 played on Pakhavaj; in fact, pt Azadji has a segment on this channel, where he explains it and his student plays it. Is this Aadi taal in pakhavaj of recent vintage? In Karnataka/dakshinaadi tradition, Aadi taala is an 8 beats cycle.
