There's nothing fake about the GEKKO token. It just so happens that there was another token by similar, not same, name (which the developer was unaware of) when the GEKKO token was created. The two tokens are not related, nor does either purport to be related to the other.

You are the holder in due course until you establish otherwise via proper endorsement and delivery. Every major corporation/agency (public or private) has someone in charge of accounting, the equivalent of CFO (in the event that there is no known indenture trustee), you're communications should be addressed to this person. Just be sure to include some instruction in your communication that the communication should be forwarded to their indenture trustee if applicable and to let you know, if it is indeed applicable, who that trustee is. You may be able to obtain that info by giving the CFO (or equivalent) a call or sending an email before you send any communications to them.

To the best of my understanding, for a state-owned corporation or state agency, the trustee equivalent is the state's Comptroller of Public Accounts (or equivalent for that state). In Texas, it's the "Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts". This is the equivalent of a state's indenture trustee, or CFO in a private corporation/company that doesn't have an indenture trustee.

Sometimes, government agencies don't have an indentured trustee related to the accounts you're trying tot settle. They generally use these to settle their bonds for big projects, like road/highway construction or airport expansions. If it's a local agency, you should look for the city/county "controller". If it's a state agency, try looking for the state's "comptroller." Always consider this: "Who's in charge of accounting?".

I believe quite a bit of us have found the indenture trustee/ trustee which is the bank. We can agree that finding the person to send it directly to is the issue. Its like they purposely didn't put name and signature of the person to mail it to😮

In the Capital One example, If you scroll almost all the way to the bottom to section 9.3, it shows the Guarantee Trustee's mailing address. Scroll all the way down and the trustee's name will be there. 😁

That's the issue I have. I found the Trust Indenture but there is no mailing address or phone number on it. It names the trustee (U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association) but that is it. I've went over the 10K and 8K filings and all are absent of the address.

You would address it to the cfo. The address to contact the cfo of that indenture trustee is the headquarters. All of this can be googled 😅

Yo thank you so much! I’m a pro at finding the trustee/indentured trustee tahaha. So let me know if you ever need help. Also I know that 31 CFR 328.5 (a) would go on a bond/ top left of the credit card statement but for the other stamp “Pay to the order of ________” and “signature _______” what do I write for that? Is my signature supposed to be just my first and last name or do I also include my middle name: first, middle, last? And what needs to be filled in for pay to the order of? Do I fill that or would the bank?

31 CFR 328.5 (a) gets changed a little in 325.6, so make sure you make that change. Sign "Pay to the order of (Whatever Bank) First Middle Last name.. You know the rest? There's quite a few steps after.
