Does anyone know what the choir is singing at about 4:44 ? I am making a choir arrangement for Achiles come down and am basing it a lot off this version. From what I can hear it's something like "scaring us ... get up off the, get up off the, scaring us..." might be wrong tho!

This! Omg it took me to 43 to realise I had some of the worst relationships seeking approval and now I realise dopamine. In good or bad situations. Blissfully single and working on me is such a breath of fresh air, recently my mum said I’m back to the same fun loving kid I used to be. Cause I’m only looking for my own approval and seeking healthy dopamine. I’m sure I have a red flag graveyard for all the ones I wilfully ignored.
