Only the spots that have never seen a diver. I knew the gags wouldn’t stay long though. Had there been some place to get in or water not as clear they might have stayed longer.

Big mangroves pull off a lot of times. The only one I shot that got away was the scamp and it was a high shot. It will survive

I think it’s rope. We were just to the inside of the shipping lanes. I will take a second look when I’m back in that area next time. I’m always hoping to find a couple containers or airplanes in 150-200’. So far no luck. Thanks for watching

Awesome! Have you ever had issues with sharks and your fish on the loop? I am thinking about starting to spearfish while I scuba and am curious how you deal with sharks and dead fish close to your body

The closer you keep them the better. In most cases I swim after the sharks and make good eye contact. They usually get the message if not then it gets ugly.

@@jamesiv960 The worst thing you can do is let one get a taste of free fish. Most times I can chase them away my literally chasing them. Some times it takes a poke from a spear gun. A few times it takes more that youtube will allow.

That was a old dive rite light. They were 50-60. Probably 100 now. Mostly steel 100-120’s on the tanks.

Yes never went in on that end. And was trying to make my way to the place where the rocks make a 90 degree corner… never did. Maybe next year as I don’t go back unless I left something like a stringer loop or anchor. Thanks for watching

NO WAY!! I guess Rich T w SG gets A+ for barb pinning. Gun didn’t even torque! Flopper didn’t blow off. No way I’d think that tiny barb pin could transfer that band power from the seer of the trigger mech. Even at or very close to resting band draw stationary pressure. That was a first to enjoy watching real time in the field.

Was a definite surprise/shock to me to hear click and nothing happen. Only 125’ so not much narc but was baffled. I have since shot one flopper off. All my shafts had floppers on bottom. Free shafting means interchangeable shafts. I’ve since reset floppers to top shaft but a bottom one gets in the mix now and then. Thanks for watching and comment

@slinginsteel100 lions lobster, scorpion fish. This is like version 6.0. Never had a spine cone through. I lost my working bag earlier this year and built this one in a similar form. I am currently testing better lobster containment.

$160 for a regular zookeeper. 200 for the extended. Not sure how much work or how much material is but maybe onto something with the bag. Yours is better and more compact and holds more

Holy crap that is a shocking price. I never priced them. Used Chris’ once and knew that was not for me. I also had a new idea for lobster containment. This one will hold 50 lbs.
