Thanks a lot mam but a doubt is troubling me, How it become stable ? How trasfer of electrons take place and why it is necessary to an atom to become stable ? And what if it doesn't become stable or unstable ?

It's proven that the atoms become stable by having full outermost shell. Thus the atoms fight to either lose or gain to have full outermost shell.
