You mentioned that an income tax certificate could help, but I have recently learned that it may require two years of Income Tax Returns (ITR) to qualify. please help me as I said I got Dayal Singh evening College through ECA and I am satisfied but still I wanna do upgrade if I go with the upgrade and got a better college than that in my preference I can continue with upgraded college but if chance I don't want to go to upgraded college and still want to continue with the first ECA round allotted college is this can happen ? ( Is there any compulsory that in the second ECA round if I get a different college and I have to accept it)
