Most stuff at tiger is too techy for me. This gives beginner to intermediate riders more loop options. Awesome.

I hopefully will soon. My dad has a decent mountain bike that ill be able to use. As a first timer would you think that it would be okay to go alone or should i find someone to go with me?

Always safest to go with someone, regardless of skill level. Otherwise, make sure to go to very popular trails and make sure to let someone else know where you are going and about what time you should be back.

I think for this one, I just had a GoPro Hero 4 black helmet mounted recording 1080p at 60fps in protune. Usually like to ride with they feiyu gimbal but didn't bring it this time.

Why did you edit out the rock face section of the trail? Hike a bike down it?
@zacharythomson6371

OSUHARDING1 - A TECHNIC EXPERIENCE Yeah tbh the loose sand on that rock face sketched me out. First time on the trail, so maybe next time.

Nice footy. Im impressed with the spark. Any post adjustments?

@zacharythomson6371 7 жыл бұрын
Andrew Deverel Nope, these shots were all straight from the camera. No color grading or speed adjustments. I was pretty impressed with it. Only negative I've noticed so far is the spark has to work really hard in windy situations.

I could be wrong but it seems like you're using a gimbal on your chest mount. If so could you comment on the brand / model as I'm thinking of getting one.

Daniel Brown Yup, I've been using the feiyu tech wearable gimbal. Definitely worth the money. Heard good things about the new karma grip as well

Nice riding! How long did it take to get to the trail head? How long does it take to get to Predator's trail head?
@zacharythomson6371
@zacharythomson6371 8 жыл бұрын
Jordan Fletcher It's about 45 minutes to the top of predator via the climbing trail (master link) or you can take the fire road. Both end up about the same distance/time but the climbing trail is a bit more enjoyable.

Zachary Thomson Oh, wow. That's a while. Is it tough? Lol, I'm a lazy DH rider who hates hills, so yeah. BTW, GO UW!!!!
@zacharythomson6371
@zacharythomson6371 8 жыл бұрын
Jordan Fletcher Go Dawgs!! It's not bad in my opinion but if you're on a dh bike it'll be a grind for sure. It's probably about 3 miles and 1500 feet of climbing. Predator is an absolute blast tho. Can get real slick in the rain
@Polemicist_
@Polemicist_ 8 жыл бұрын
Okay, I may just bring an enduro. Thank you! And when does it get really dark on the mountain? So happy the Dawgs won!
@zacharythomson6371
@zacharythomson6371 8 жыл бұрын
Jordan Fletcher Yeah definitely bring the enduro. I rode it fine on my 135mm travel bike. Predator doesn't get as dark as the other trails but right now I'd try to finish by 4:30 at the latest
