Taking that in <3 My meditations vary each day. I went through a Kundalini Awakening in 2023 and that's shifted my practice. I question if it's needed on the internet since once you're an Adv. meditator you'll be intuitively guided through your practice as well. The need for guidance from other people dissipates and the importance of holding a sacred space increases. Hope that makes sense to ya. :)
