Have some Questions , if I can. How do you prepare the sessions ? (Pure improvisation, in advance, ... ) More details about your hardware setup (pedals, PC...) Are you rehearsals much, dropping many videos cuts ? Do you see your progress ? (Smoothness, agility, ... ) Is there instrument(s) missing in your set ? Really inspiring ... I'm currently doing more karaoke/medicine videos on my channel. It helps me to learn. Thanks

For the most part I sit and play for 5-10 minutes and see what comes out. I try to hold the intention of "from my heart to your heart". Especially when I start thinking too much and pondering what I "should" play. I go back to my original intention and then all seems to flow with ease. From there I dance with what has come out and improvise not fully knowing where things will go or how it might end, but I start will some sort of theme or idea to jam with. When doing going with Drum, rattle, voice, singing bowl I will often just press record again with my original intention, "from my heart t your heart". and then just play. Those are much more free form. I play through a BOSS RC-50 looper and get some reverb through my interface ONYX12 which goes into a MacBook Pro, in the program Photo Booth to record the videos. I will often start over a few times to get a video that I am happy with, although I allow some level of "mistakes" to stay in the videos. I have for sure seen progress/improvements in my playing/video production/audio quality. So much to learn and infinite space to grow! It feels crazy to think that I have only been sharing Daily Sound for just about one year. It has for sure been a magical process that I highly recommend to others to try. I just had a feeling of wanting to share music, not fully knowing what that would sound like. It just felt like a good habit to start, making a practice of daily sound and hoping that it might in some way help others or that they might find some enjoyment in the practice. You have seen most of the instruments that I own, these seem to be the ones I most connect with on a regular basis, yet others will float in from time to time. Sorry for the long answer, I appreciate your questions though and love to talk about these things. I hope this helps clarify for you, and support you along in your sound practice as well!
