This podcast is exactly what aspiring and current founders need! Cameron McNie's point about 'beginning with the end in mind' really resonates. Confidence and vision are crucial in any business, not just restaurants. I love that Founderology is not only sharing these powerful lessons but also creating a space for founders to learn, connect, and grow through the Founder Forum.

Craig saying a brisket pulled at 11am from the smoker and served at 11:30am shows how little he understands about the resting process at 145 degrees that a Franklin's or Goldees applies to their briskets.

STAY AWAY! from Hunger Rush! They only care about their shareholders and bottom line. They will get you in a contract and never let you leave easily. They are sharks. Anyone that sees this, please stay away from them. I will be posting this on any online site i can to warn people.

5 days seems wildly excessive. Could you achieve the same flavor profile using a Poolish or biga? I worry about the gluten structure being compromised with a 5 day fermentation

STAY AWAY. Hunger Rush just got us in a vice grip. We signed a 3 year deal On it at $200/month for the system. But then we wanted to cancel, i figured okay we ll eat the 3 year total and pay and be done. No, they threatened to sue us for 60,000 for damages…damages to what? Unethical and they fired my rep midway. They bullied me to keep it, so i now have it unplugged and ill just pay the monthly till the contract expires. Stay away from these sharks.

Gen z are still the minority in tve workforce and also simply by virtue of being young are tge most likely to just move on because they're still trying to figure out their professional direction. Gen x are the ones you ahould most be trying to retain. They will be the highest percentage to stay for life but now is rge time theyre realising that they dont have long to find their forever job before theyre seen as unemployable. Boomers arent quiting at this point, too close to retirement millenials have most likely found their career path and are going to stay until they achieve the goals needed to take the next step. Gen z have no loyalty to any employer yet and it qill be another decade before they start to.

I work with a bunch of Gen Z’s. (Millennial, here) and they’re all soft and lazy and have moral issue with goofing around all day instead of being productive.
