Start from basics of QRE . Watch "Zero to Hero" playlist for quant and reasoning and solve questions from Ace Quant book / Reasoning practice sheets available on Google. Then practice lots of questions from random KZbin videos and test yourself by attempting lots and lots of mock . Practicing questions and attempting mocks is the only key to crack bank exams . Some good YT channels which I can suggest u to save ur time are - Adda247, Oliveboard and Guidely . Best teachers imo - Shantanu Sir for Quant /Saurabh Sir or Nikita mam for Reasoning and / Nimisha mam for English . Hope u find my answer helpful. Best wishes for your preparation 👍

Yes definitely. Start from management. The syllabus is given very haphazardly in the notification. So u can watch my management syllabus discussion video where I have organised the syllabus and discussed about important topics. Then watch classes from edutap or Anuj Jindal....focus more on theories , clear ur concepts....learn from summary sheets....watch my summary videos. Solve mcqs from YT videos and u r done with management. If u r doing full time preparation, it will hardly take 15 days . Then pick Finance

For Finance, watch classes... clear ur concepts...read PDFs....some topics will be difficult to understand , take help from YT( I'll soon be sharing good videos topic wise)....once u r done with static (it's time taking process because finance is bit confusing) then start watching finance current affairs video

Yes, Rrb po has less work compared to ibps po...but then it all depends on the location and branch manager...if location is good and manager let u leave early then ibps is way more better . Also in the initial two years ibps po don't have that much work, but then they have to work in different parts of the country in every 6 months and undergo lots of training . In Rrb we don't have much work as such . I joined RRB last year, and I would say my experience is bitter sweet . Hope I have answered ur question. :)

For Management I watched classes from Adda247 paid subscription ( Veer sir's classes) ....and learnt from his notes. I also watched tanvi Mam's classes from YT (civilstap channel) , I loved her way of teaching bt all classes are not available on YT so I had to watch Veer sir's classes too . For Finance I will make a separate video on sources. Thanks for watching. Happy Learning ☺️

I found Adda247 faculty really good....Veer sir and Rittika mam used to teach at Edutap but now they have switched to Adda...so for phase 2 Adda has better faculty. Since I cracked IBPS exam last year by following Adda247 so it's helpful for phase 1 too . For GA I would say Anuj Jindal and Edutap r better
