I live just south near the Berwyn Racetrack. The only Metra train line that runs through OP is the UP elevated which shares overpasses/ trestles with the CTA Lake ST. EL. There may br a single track frieght line that cuts across town as well...

Elmhurst is a quiet zone meaning they don’t blow the horn sequence. Most if not all of Chicagoland is like this now
