Se primo carnera non si fosse rotto la caviglia max baer non avrebbe portato via il titolo a primo... E stato solo molto fortunato e oltre modo scorretto a colpire anche dopo il gong

Patterson had the kind of speed that would've given Marciano trouble at any point in his career (as long as Floyd could avoid getting starched). Liston, on the other hand, would have wrecked him. Walking right into that firestorm would've been Rocky's undoing.

I got to put this out here cuz there's so many rocky Marciano haters on here. So here it is guys All I need to know .Ali said I quote "Rocky Marciano is the most dangerous man and would have gave him much more trouble than Joe Frazier did". And we all know how that first fight went for Ali,😮 right.

It's too bad Robert DeNiro did not play Rocky Marciano. He looked a lot more like Rocky than Jake LaMotta. In Raging Bull, he looks like Rocky Marciano playing Jake LaMotta.

Jack Johnson was no different then black men today when they get lots of money they go get a white woman and soon all of it is gone. He was an uneducated man who could box, he wanted to make people look up to him with his boxing but marrying all those white women brought him down to the ground broke with nothing to show but bills.

Yes. The PBS Ken Burns 4 hour documentary is a more polished film and a superb one, but this great, too, and, though shorter, has lots of stuff not included in the Burns epic. Both are well worth watching.

Straight up, Rocky took cash so Al wouldn't be able to claim any of the income that was supposed to go the mob...Rocky wasn't "involved" with the mob like "that" but Al was a middle man and claimed 50% of everything Rocky earned. So if there's no paper trail then there's nothing earned. That's why Rocky only did business with cash.
