why does it become slow for me when I put the animations in or put the shirt designs in?? I tried everyday to slow it down it won't work my fps is really high no matter what, how do I fix this?

thanks for the tutorial sir, but at the modification part where i have to add the cache , my blender is not showing cache, its showing something different, like mesh cache and mesh sequence cache, i tried using the two one after the other but didn't work , what do you advice i do please ?
