This story was based on a book I read many years ago . I have forgotten the name but the drama took place on the moon where the warring factions introduced "reasonable war" where theoretical weapons would be proposed and than the councils would estimate how many would die and there would be a mass sacrifice with knives. I would be grateful if somebody could name this book.
