Nope! You can use your regular business account. You don’t need to have a GMB to connect it. If you do have a Google my business, it will pull in all of the reviews from your page.

@@digitalsummitgroup3836only real way to do that would be to port it into LC phone system. I have had a couple clients do this. It takes around 3-4 weeks. You lose service for about a day.

Was onboarding a real estate client and realised sole proprieter is no longer an option. Realtors often don't want to get EIN's as it opens them up to various tax obligations. Surely there must be a way around this?

Currently we’re running the A2P under our own brand and still showing the client as the authorized representative. Seems to be the only way to go about it without having them file their own LLC

@@highlevelsnapshots So would you recommend to quickly make a sub-account in my businesses name, once the a2p is verified then change it over to the clients name? Would the caller ID still show up as my name however??

@@connectixmediathat’s what we’ve been doing. The caller ID is going to show up as the Verified Caller ID setting so as long as you change that, it will reflect the clients name 👍🏻

Well unfortunately this video is now outdated. They literally just changed this. Sole Proprietor A2P is no longer allowed. The business needs to be registered with an EIN number. If you guys need help with this, reach out to me at [email protected] and we can run through some options.

That could be a possibility. From what I have been reading, it is due to the new TCPA Rules that passed. Twilio will still allow for you to submit A2P as a sole prop, however LC phone system does not allow this currently.

@@grantwlmscurrently we’re running the A2P using our own marketing LLC and getting the approval before we bring on the clients. Once we bring on a client, we add them to an account that is already A2P approved and change the information to their info. Haven’t had any issues running it that way for now.

How to you not get confused. For instance, when you tag a new lead … it goes through a particular workflow . But as the lead progresses , do you remove the new lead tag or just leave it as the lead is unturned

Great video! How do you get the bot to refer to something later on in the call? For example if you asked for the caller's business name, how do you get the bot to say the business name in the response? I saw within your video reference to the use of square brackets. If you have used the Update Field action could you use the HL field reference? If you can, what would happen if the field is blank, what would the bot say? Thanks

@@lekkerwinetours thank you! The bot is pretty intuitive so it the business name is referenced early in the call, it will actually go back and reference that. I tested it the other day with a couple of different contact field options and it was able to repeat them back to me. I have another video that I will be releasing after training a couple of other bots as well.
