In my case, it always happens every time the battery gets on 20%, and when I go to the bios the time and date were changed again(wrong), help me to understand please if it is the CMOS battery or The real battery but the real battery is good it holds 4 or 5 hours.

Didn’t work still the same error and when they tell me to connect to the internet it doesn’t work it says Unable to join network (name). Check router and password.

You can try but a lot of times the computer wil reinstall it after you restart.

After i put my ssd at the top my laptop started to go into full blue screen and i tried to press f12 but it didn't work

@EggheadFixers oh hey I managed to fix it it gave me no error on the blue screen I was so confused but then I read somewhere f12 could be turned off and I turned it back on in f2 then I had a split second to open the f12 menu it took me a lot of tries and after I got in I went and clicked bios recovery and clicked repair it said it repaired it and asked me to reset when I reset it got fixed hope this helps someone!

Sometimes the diagnostic starts with a screen test that is a bunch of brightly colored bars in a row then you have to hit yes to continue. Does it look like that? Or does it look like soemthing is wrong with the screen?

Sometimes the screws are not removable. If they are lose and moving around then you should be able to get open with a pry tool.
