In my humble opinion and from my perspective, enterprises often fall short of optimal outcomes because some Agile Coaches overlook the importance of emphasizing Agile Principles with repetition. Additionally, an effective and thorough assessment of the current state and culture of an Enterprise is essential for business outcome optimization. All team members and stakeholders should be grounded in Agile Principles and this should precede any strategy for implementing Business Agility. Unfortunately, many Agile Coaches may not be skilled in how to conduct an assessment. Many Agile Coaches originate from IT and DevOps backgrounds, and may lean towards technology-centric approaches instead of business outcomes; neglecting the critical components of understanding the business and cultural landscape. Alignment with Agile Principles is the integral element for successful change management and development of Agileminset adoption.

A DAC works bottom-up with single or multiple teams to bring agility practices, helping them to choose and evolve their WoW while improving the product quality, while DAVSC works Top-down, with executives and managers, to help the organization improving the overall system of value delivery - the value streams , by looking at delays and removing waste to accelerate value delivery

Hi Everyone- Here is the link for Kamil's book he mentioned on todays livestream. Project Management for Drug Developers lnkd.in/e6jn_pVu Book description: Project managers in drug development are the driving force behind the coordination of efforts. This book provides a practical reference for project managers in the pharmaceutical and biotech drug development industry, with the goal of assisting in creating an efficient and effective team structure and environment. The text details the role of project managers at each stage of drug development, the key interfaces that the PM will need to work closely with, and essential tools of the trade including frequently used techniques and methodologies. This book is useful for both entry-level and advanced-level PMs, as well as non-project managers from other functions.

Looks super interesting, engaging, and helpful for team adoption and continuous improvement. Thanks for sharing! And to Christian's very good question at 21:40, perhaps, in due course, others can share their examples/templates for other lifecycles, or their own life cycles that may be more relevant to specific industries/verticals, i.e. building content via community.

Great webinar.. I have some feedbacks 1-For DA metrics and kpis.. Should we create decision points and options... Depending of the context and practice goals we choose 2- For stream value Blade... We are talking about Pf and product management only.. Where pg management..First, does SAFE take care of this Second Since pr managelent is covered through continuous delivery life cycle Now what about Pf management... Do we need the DA mindset to keep with the number of initiatives that pf manager should prioritize and pick up the most value delivery or other criterias intiatives. depinding on an orgonization context... ..

Agile has turned into something which is inflicted on engineers and developers instead of something that helps them ship.

Really enjoyed this conversation. It helped to clarify some of my recent thinking on these topics. Still continuing to learn, 40 years on, how these systems of thinking/constraints work.

Hello Joshua , can a small product team with no dependencies on other products nor a need for integrating the work between sub teams benefit with the use of MBI ? Thanks ..
@Antonio-Morisco
@Antonio-Morisco 4 ай бұрын
Hello, yes of course MBIs have several benefits beside effective dependency management and improved team coordination. For example your product team will be focused on working on smaller and prioritized (high value) chunks of work, so that it will be delivering the right thing sooner. it also allows to reduce WIP and integrate early in the development process, avoiding to discover problems late.

Great session by Joshua, Anitra, Jimi and Karen to review the "big ideas" needed for a successful disciplined agile transformation! Simple foundational agile values that amazingly get bypassed and do not get done by the leaders in charge!

Doctor said the Herpes virus does not have medical cure because the virus is capable of hiding within the human cells, it remains protected from your immune system. Herpes isn't a special virus - your immune system has the tools to fight it back. But because it is able to lay dormant in protected cells, your immune system is unable to remove it from your body, But with strong active herbal medication, it’s capable of getting rid of the virus gradually and totally from your body without damaging any of your cells. Natural herbs kills the virus totally not just reducing the out break. Get natural herbs cure from Dr Erayo. Reach him on email; [email protected] Thanks once again for helping me 🥰🥰

To God be the glory I promised God that I would share my testimony on this website. I had all the signs of STD Virus but I was not too sure as to which one. I did a lot of online research and scared myself straight for a whole week before going to see the nurse. She took one look at my genital part and first said that it could just be the anatomy of my body, then she said it looked like genital warts and that I MAY have herpes. I was devastated. She gave me some medicine for the herpes and some cream for the warts. I was also tested for every single STD including herpes. I went home and cried searching the web for all sorts of cures for herpes and awaiting my results. I saw a post whereby Dr. Gadagodo cured Herpes and other diseases, I copied his contacts out and added him on whatsapp via +254113288782.The next day my test result was ready and i confirmed Herpes positive. I told Dr.Gadagodo about my health problems and he assured me of cure. He prepared his herbal medicine and sent it to me. I took it for 14 days (2 weeks). Before the completion of the 14 days in which I completed the dose, the Blisters and Warts that were on my body was cleared. I went back for check-up and I was told I'm free from the virus. Dr. Gadagodo cures all types of diseases and viruses such as HERPES, HPV, ALS, HIV/AIDS, PERKINSONS DISEASE, OVARIAN Cysts and CANCERs with the help of his herbal medicine. You can reach Dr. Gadagodo via his email address on ([email protected]) or call him on +254113288782 and whatsapp him on same number for more info.
