FINALLY! Someone showing how to tie it off at the end. I was beginning to think it was some sort of secret Masonic rite that the public was not allowed to see based on all the other channels.

I absolutely wash everything I buy that will touch my skin before I wear it. So it seems logical to wash my fabric before I begin to to pin the pattern to the fabric and begin to cut it. Washing it helps remove any excess chemicals, dyes, and shrink the fabric. Because nobody likes a bad fit surprise AFTER putting time and money into creating a new garment!

What type of needles do you recommend for sewing really thick fabric like denim or leather? Also, this video helps so much as someone who is trying to start making cosplays from scratch!

i got a bakugou plushie from a secondhand store and after cleaning him up i noticed he had a wonky little stitch on the back of his head, i love getting plushies secondhand and seeing things little things like this that show how much the previous owner loved them. still, i wanted to make it a little bit neater, so after undoing the seam, i buried the thread into the stuffing and closed it up with a new one. he looks as good as new!
