That trip looked nice and chill. You cruised past our boat. Love the intro. May I ask what you use, as I'm planning on starting channel myself.

@AshSMC Good to hear you enjoyed the video. I use Magix Travel Maps for the intro, it is part of the Magix Movie studio editing software that I use.

New subscription. I do like your production. How does one find moorings, by the way?
@canaltimecruising21 күн бұрын
@michaelcoker3197 Thanks for Subscribing, good to hear you like the videos. The Nicholsons guides are good for finding moorings. There are now also a number of free phone apps that show moorings, Canals UK, Open Canal Map and WaterNav are probably the most popular.

We quite often walk the towpath from Fradley Junction to where the A38 crosses over the canal. If you're ever this way again and see a black and white and a black grreyhound with 2 hoomans attached....that's us !

One of my favourite memories going away with my family. Staying in Bude, and walking the canal route up to Marhamchurch. The Bullers Arms did great food the other end. Was always fascinated by the inland locks. Until recently they were simply concreted dams but now returned back to wooden structures
@canaltimecruising2 жыл бұрын
Hi Dan, thanks for sharing. Bude is still one of our favourite places to visit we have stayed there a number of times over the years. We have not tried the Bullers Arms, one to put on our list for next time. The Weir Tea room is a also lovely stop off, just by the canal before Marhamchurch.
