Matzoh ball soup, traditional jewish soup. Kind of had to grow up with it to like it…definitely a weird consistency but yeah essentially mushy bread/cracker balls

If its chicken broth, its most likely chicken dumpling soup, cuz that just looks like a big dumpling. If its a dumpling, its not even close to cheese. It is a ball of dough that has likely been boiled or steamed and its basically just an alternative to putting noodles in it. Although you could very well have noodles and dumplings, it just depends who is making the dish
