Your video is helping I was wondering if anybody knows when you’re clipping it on at the sensor point do you need to take the old clip off in order to get it to go down far enough or is it supposed to just click in?

@@nicknelson3674 ho yes. Nigjt & day. For months I thought the problem what because my windshield was not high enough while thw wind was coming from under the fairing. If you have lowers on your engine guard the impact is even better.

what do you do with the wires that run to the Pair valve? Just tape them off?

@@Bushradical i can only talk avout the honda vtx1300. There is no wires going any where at any parts of the pair valve syatem. It all only vaccum hoses and hose conduit

Using primer is a must. Also, painting in cold temperatures is not good. You should allow the coating 3 days to properly cure in a warm dry area before reinstalling the parts.

Always start furture from the abs pump and make your way to the closess one. Some subaru have the abs pump on tne right side.

So the helmet (this is not a regular helmet is it..) doesn't touch the engine. But your hand probably will at some point.. Good luck with that!

I bought one with the clamp-on fixture that is also designed to fit on 7/8-1" tube. But no crash bars. No room on stock handlebars? Gotta find a spot for it...maybe with the Frisco Bars I'm looking at? My '18 V Star 250 has a factory one below the rider's seat. I thought a 2nd one for passenger helmet was in order? But having covers on the crash bars, seems to me, would act like an air brake?

Yes but it dosen't mather. You will have to adjust the shifter linkage anyway after the job

@@RickStuff I think mine is in reverse when I re installed the lower end the prop is only turning clockwise by hand not both ways that would indicate it is in neutral. With the lower end off can I physically pull and push the shift linkage by hand to get the gear in neutral before re installing

@@GraemeJones1979 make sure that when you connect the shifter rod , the throttle and the transmossion are in same osition. Ex; the atick ahift in foward poaition and the transmission (lower end) in foward position. If they are not in sync you won't be able ro pit it in neutral and adjuste the neutral postion...

@@vidar-4020 after investigation I've figured that ut was not necessary to replace my water pump. The exit pip was clung probably from spiders. There was still a poor water with the nrw pump. I fix it by unpluging the hose from engine side and blowing compressed air to push the dirt out...

Camera way to far away couldn't see the tool, how it was used, or the results with any detail. Do your intro then show us the topic of the video. We dont need to see the whole room to frame something that fits in your hand.

The T80 ain't have a step motor. The force come from a ruber band. If it de center you'll need to open it and physically look at the problem

I found the repair manual for my 3800 series 3 Pontiac 08 and it says to replace the TAC on mine as well. Did you have to flash/relearn anything after your repair? Im seeing its a relearn peocedure for our vehicles. I may need to invest in a more expensive code reader that can also send to the car if thats the case.

In neutral. You will have to adjuste the shifter link after re installation

IF U PULL THE TOP ENGINE MOUNT, ROTATE THE ENGINE FORWARD, AND PUT A LIL 2X4 BETWEEN THE ALTERNATOR, AND THE FIREWALL, GIVES U LOTS OF ROOM, AND NO NEED TO REMOVE THE COIL PACK RAIL.
