In technical terms If we open the door of refrigerator than compressor will do more work as compared to when door was closed , heat rejection ratio of compressor will increase and reject more heat in the room environment, hence room temperature will comparatively increase This question is ask in my BARC interview

@@Den-i8o let's assume COP to be constant in both the cases due to increases in refrigeration effect bcoz now the refrigerator has to cool more volume Initially it has to cool less volume so RE increases so to keep COP constant work input will also increase
