Looks good. Might be worth looking at using stainless brads to fix those cedar boards, it looks like the fasteners you’ve used are bleeding into it slightly

we looked for rurual land that is unrestricted here in TN. that helped alot since we started with the tiny home on wheels but then added a good size sunroom so we didnt need to deal with permits. but i know that may be hard to find. we bought 3 years ago and started building 2 years ago. we are partial off grid but do have water that we brought 1500ft down the lot from the main road. also we wired electricity that the electric company allowed us to put in a rv pole which we wired off that and have half off solar. just have to look into all the laws in the area.

That’s some great advice! Although I have seen people be able to park tiny homes in land that is restricted as long as it’s done prudently you’re absolutely right I’m restricted land is the best and everyone has to do their own research because every county is different…

The loft is generally used for storage. Also there is a storage bench. And option for roll out storage under the bed.

I live in a 1000 square foot house. That is as tiny as I want to go. I want a kitchen big enough that I can bake in and store my baking supplies. My husband is my first love & my baking is a close second.
