Between my mom sister and myself we have owned 6 Camrys and 2 Corollas in the last 13 years and while there have been some minor issues, they are still way more reliable than anything else we’ve ever had
Really simple. Dealers with floorplans lose the vehicles to the bank. The bank auctions them off.

Can you elaborate how volkswagen helped byd?Even that joint venture between mercedes and byd that was very late when byd already started their automotive section and also at the same time there was no transfer of technology, it's mainly the car design, industrial design of the cars.

Kilmer is bias against American cars. Ex: 1 vid he complains GM put the AC coil behind the dash. Then, another Toyota mechanic shows a video of the AC coil leaking and he had to remove the WHOLE DASHBOARD to get to it.

There's no question ford, gm and stallantis are top 3 for recalls. You also find alot more clapped out American cars on the used market most are not worth owning after 150,000 miles. Chevy and Ford have struggled to build reliable, competitive small cars and suvs. After 2005 American trucks and suvs started falling in quality. Its just gotten worse and worse. Ford and chevy even gave up on sedans altogether

China has been using casting in recent years to eliminate hundreds of welds, make frame faster, stronger, cheaper and quicker. Totally out preforming all other manufacturers.

Sounds synthetic and “off” in timing, cadence, and reaction. It reminds me of how severely autistic people have to learn how to simulate normal reactions to inputs.

Still more reliable den many other brands. Toyota is the best.
@jamessmyth59496 күн бұрын
Very true, every car manufacturer's products have problems it's only some have more than others. Toyota is still very good overall and above average as far as reliability and durability goes when compared with many other makes such as Japanese Mistubishi or Nissan or even many European makes like Mercedes, BMW, Renault, Citroen and Peugeot.

I bought my Corolla new in 2003. It still has the original fuel pump, water pump, alternator, and A/C compressor at 272K miles. I wish my 2016 Camry V6 was built so well.

Although the future is electric cars, current battery technology is an environmental disaster, combined with the heavy weight that destroys both roads and tires, including the wonder drug 6PPD Quinone in the tires that escapes into nature and our drinking water. Good luck.

People are smart enough to know the auto industry is playing the market share as we are stupid fools. Anyone who has a brain can see how a refined design will be much better than the setup the cars have now. The Dynamo with caps not batteries will be a front runner when the smoke settles.
