yep, it's easy to do: 1. click to workshop table in console, 2. "setav 349 100000000", 3. "setav 34b 10000000".

In this build no mods to construction, only for trees and grass - "Verdant wasteland", "Healthier commonwealth", "Best in the world forest".

Just the CRAZY number of resources, and time, it takes to get to this level of detail. I confess, I would not even have the patience to get this far. My designs are too simplistic.
