The int. dancing federation doesnt care if their dances have any cultural link or experience foundation. Its only a sport. On the other hand, once they put the videos on youtube, they cannot avoid that brazilians and others will come and say "this is not samba". International Latin has a problem: they have the best technichal dancers in the world, but they fail to give a authentic and individual signature to their form of art.

Only weeks ago, Len Goodman had to apologized in public that he had given the LOW score 8 instead of 9,( like the other two dancer-judges score 9) for the non-dancer Donald Driver,who became the better dancer than Katherine Jenkins at the end! So I suggested that ABC does not need any judges any more, just let the non-dancer football fans called in to vote for their foot-ball player to be their foot-ball dancers! with the little watching of the Dancing with the Stars, I turned my TV off after the three judges gave the black guy three perfect scores. I knew what to expect next. The Dirty Politics! ABC knew if they subdued Len Goodman and let the football fans who knows nothing about Ballroom dancing to vote,the end results is the favorite by the thousands of the non-dancers! That sickens me! The more I read Donnie's writing, the more I think you are right. I believed he is a low class person coming from the gutter and will stay in the gutter. He thinks shallow and loves to make practical jokes as a defensive weapon & has been doing this all his life. And he must believe this is the success formula. Look if you read George's comments he can't deal with the syncopated timing that Donnie was calling, he also cannot tell the difference between a video aimed at advanced/competitive dancers and one that is aimed at basic moves So this said then what chance does this 75 year old have of learning the above to speed without looking like a complete utter Pratt!
