Yep. Too many people think they are ready but we are not. There are people in your life you were supposed to love, forgive, share with, care for and you have not done what you have been called to do. Every day we are here is because He gave us a mission. If you are not living like the kingdom is already here then you are not living the way He taught you to. We need to get on our knees today. We need to forgive. We need to ask Him what we are here for today? Most importantly we need to ask for forgiveness not just from Jesus but from those we have hurt, because what we have done, has caused them to stumble, and we will be judged for this. Repent for the kingdom of God is near. Pray blessings over everyone you see. Pray God's Will in every situation. Be at Peace in knowing He will care for you.

So proud of Pastor Kenny and the Elders at Home Church for putting together the land purchase. Thankful for their hard work over the years to have Home Church be where it is. Thankful too for its members who have helped build the church while not having their own church building. Christine and I have attended service there at the Maiden High School auditorium for maybe 5 months or so along with our grandkids. And honestly when I heard the services were being held in the Maiden HS auditorium, my first thought was "huh, they don't even have a church?" Well, after listening to Pastor Kenny preach each Sunday and seeing the love and support and faith in the church, I will say that you can have a church without a building. The church is actually the gathering of believers. And Home Church has a lot of believers! Great messages from Pastor Kenny. Faithful Elders. Friendly and kind members. You can't go wrong with that combo. Congratulations to Home Church for its accomplishments over its short 4 year life. Looking to see more great things come from you.

Being naked means being authentic, which can leave you feeling vulnerable. Consider that they were naked when they were eating from the Tree of life. Purpose is the fruit of life but we can't connect with a true sense of purpose until be become authentic. Until then we lose ourselves in the crowd as we perform according to social pressures.

Eating the fruit means becoming attached to our concept of right and wrong. Attachment is the eating part and judgment is the fruit produced by the knowledge of good and evil, the Tree's namesake. Forgiveness, apology or repentance through confession is spitting the fruit up and grace is leaving it on the tree; reserving judgment or at least our attachment to it.

Kirk, knowing you are seeing the godly, amazing young man you've grown to be blesses my heart so much. I'm overjoyed that our good shepherd has blessed you and Sarah with your precious Zoe. Your testimony of Eliza is such a testimony of hope. Thank you and Sarah for sharing your raw, true and genuine emotions. Grief is real, grief is raw, but God is sovereign and always with us. I love you sweet Kirk and I'm so so thankful for God's mercy and grace.

I would think that the correct answer to "did Jesus have a wife and kids?" would be: "Jesus has a wife (the Church) and millions of kids (believers)!"
