Unfortunately it’s only exclusive to the shop. I was lucky enough to buy it with Dragon Krystals without spending real money. Though it took me a bit to level up different characters

I wanted to not that my play style for this game is to be in a kinda specific way for specific characters. For example: The reason I didn't save the fish in the beginning as Connor is because I want to portray him as an emotionless machine who only follows his orders. He does acknowledge the fish, but saving it is not his top priority. He does end up saving the cop as a way to increase the public opinion of androids involved with Cyberlife.
