I am doing this exercise for a whole month and now I can see the result because of this exercise I am know able to punch more fast and my reaction time become more fast and I lose over 6 kg.

I discovered this video 5 months ago. Today I was very lazy, especially because I remembered my first time doing this workout. However I was able to beat my laziness and completed this training for today. I was astonished, even tho I was sick sometimes, these 5 months were not for nothing. Sweat everywhere, but breathing is easy
