I found these videos one month ago. I started Muay Thai in Vietnam for a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. Once my month membership was over, I kept doing working out to these videos. I am in the Philippines now and still doing it; I return to Canada first week of December. Do you have a gym in Markham or Scarborough? Etobicoke is too far for me but I would like to attend your gym for a great workout.

I discovered this video 5 months ago. Today I was very lazy, especially because I remembered my first time doing this workout. However I was able to beat my laziness and completed this training for today. I was astonished, even tho I was sick sometimes, these 5 months were not for nothing. Sweat everywhere, but breathing is easy
