This movie rang true to the comics. It wasn't totally a goth romance like with Brandon Lee that wasn't true to the comics. This reboot was made for the fans of the comics, period.

People make fun of Steven Segal. Because he is overweight. But he eats all organic diet and has thyroid problems. But the man is still a true martial artist. He still learns and teaches.

Had no idea about this being a re make just thought it was a stand alone lol until i went online. I watched it and thought it was a good watch for me. Sounds like alot of people are too busy comparing instead of looking at the movie as its own. But hey i didnt watch those other crow films back in the day. This is just my opinion coming from a fresh brain.

Even though its been 15 years there are ways to make a season 4 or at least an finale movie. The opening sequence (which we'd have to use some makeup or CGI to make Kyle and Cassidy look their younger age) would have Kyle let Cassidy escape as Kyle is not about to kill his brother. All would seem normal and a several year time skip (5-10 years) would take place. Josh and Lori could be moved out and removed from the plot, if the actors couldn't return. Due to Kyle's special situation and perhaps a lingering paranoia of Cassidy's threats, Kyle would remain living at home with Stephen and Nicole. The timeskip would be post-Kyle and Jessi's breakup as 'Kyle XY: future revealed' already told us Kyle would end up with neither Jessi or Amanda. We could get hints and flashbacks about their relationship throughout the movie/season to keep in theme with the show's theme of mysteries and secrets unraveling. I could see Jessi and Amanda forming a sorta jaded friendship, as the Season 3 finale hinted at a newly found respect the two have for another and I think they'd spend most of Season 4 as a duo, maybe even as roomates, a fun twist. I'd like to see a unpredictable 'crack-ship' be the ultimate final romance plot. Like Amanda x Declan, or Amanda x Jessi. Latnok would slowly creep back into Kyle and Jessi's life all the years later and the rest of the season would essentially be the final standoff against them. maybe they even made a third experiment to oppose/hijack Kyle and Jessi.

Van Damme would whoop that ass. Im a fan of both their films. Not a fan at all Seagals ego though. Last but not least Van Damme has a documented fight history and as far as I know Seagal never fought competetively. "Everyone has a plan till they get punched in the mouth" - Mike Tyson.

Its my favourite Dracula film of all time. I loved it. This is why we need to go and support films in cinemas.
