The Factory Cat & TomCat models you mentioned here are exactly the same, just different lines from the RPS Corporation. You'll love either one you decide to use so it really just boils down to if you dig the color red or gray!

Does it matter wether or not the casters are on the front or back of the squeegee? Mine came with them on the back but every video I see has them on the front

Depending on the make and model, the process should remain very similar regardless of where they're located. The goal is to make sure your squeegee tool's casters are adjusted to ensure optimal pressure (not too much, not too little).
