Compartiré mi NEFASTA experiencia como ejemplo de todo lo que no debe ser un servicio post - venta. Aquellos que por ahora sois clientes de CANON, estad ¡al loro!. MARZO DE 2024 - El 22 de Marzo, envié un objetivo fotográfico para su reparación. El técnico me llamó al día siguiente y me dijo que "no me preocupase, que tanto las lentes como el motor estaban en perfecto estado. Yo le dije que de no ser así, y si el coste de la reparación era considerable, me resultaría más ventajoso comprarlo nuevo. Él me volvió a insistir que no era el caso, que el impacto en mi objetivo era muy superficial y sólo se quedaría la marca. Me envío el presupuesto que ascendía a 120 € para si lo aceptaba y de ser así, comenzarían la REPARACIÓN. Lo acepté a través de un mensaje por escrito al servicio técnico". ABRIL 2024 - Volví a llamar y me dijeron que el OBJETIVO estaba en estado de REPARACIÓN, que estaban esperando una pieza llamada HOURLY RATE. Le dije que por favor, se apremiasen, que necesitaba la focal de 85 mm para un trabajo específico. Me dijeron que tuviese paciencia. MAYO DE 2024 - Volví a llamar al servicio técnico. El objetivo seguía en REPARACIÓN. JUNIO DE 2024 - Volví a llamar al servicio técnico, hasta en dos ocasiones, seguía en reparación, pero ante mi monumental nivel de enfado, el operador me comentó a la par que tecleaba mucho (lo escuché por teléfono), que ESTABA ESCALANDO LA INCIDENCIA. JULIO DE 2024 - Mi nivel de enfado era tan grande que les puse la primera reclamación. A mediados de Julio, 4 MESES DESPUÉS, misteriosamente me dicen que el motor y las lentes ahora si que estaban dañadas. Me enviaron un segundo presupuesto, por valor de 1.450 €. Me quedé perplejo y les pregunté: ¿por qué habían necesitado 4 MESES para saber lo que el técnico debería haber sabido durante la primera mañana?. Se acogen a su normativa legal del SEGUNDO PRESUPUESTO, lo que yo acabo entendiendo como un MODUS OPERANDI fraudulento. Les puse otra reclamación y me enviaron el objetivo desmontado a casa. ______________________________________________________________ Para los que tenéis material fotográfico y sólo contáis con una lente focal de cada tipo, entenderéis el grave daño que me han provocado. He perdido la posibilidad de ahorrar para haberme permitido la reparación, o buscar otra alternativa en el mercado. Sin contar que no he podido utiliza el objetivo durante 4 MESES de mi vida. ¿Debo de pagar por sus errores o mala voluntad?. ¿Y si lo rompieron accidentalmente ellos?. ¿Y si lo han tenido perdido durante estos 4 MESES?. No consigo entender por qué ha estado en estado de reparación tanto tiempo. Lo único que sé, es que dejaré CANON para siempre, gracias al SERVICIO TÉCNICO DE CANON ESPAÑA.

Warum gibt es den 300 nicht mit einem Tank ? Gerade heute wäre das doch super grün. So gibt es jede Menge Plastikmüll. Kommt da ein neues Modell demnächst mit Tank ? Ja beim 1000 bleibt aber so viel Farbe in den Kartuschen übrig. Gibt dazu ein gutes Video wo er die Kartuschen aufschneidet. Unfassbar wieviel da drin bleibt. Liegt wohl am Design der Patronen bzw. die falsche Lage.
