One of the most beautiful homes featured. Love the architecture and what was done inside. Even if it didn't have a home gym and home theatre. This video has been around for a while. I'd think it would have sold by now (2019 November).

Very nicely done exterior/interior. Decent sized kitchen. Walk-in wine cellar. Missing home theatre room and home gym. And no ocean front view. Sold for $2.3M.

Nice home throughout...but, why is it that in most homes in Hawaii the kitchens are usually small? Limited cabinet space. No matter how big the home is. No matter the area. It's rare to find a home with a "large enough r space in a rectangular room..It's usually a "galley style". Or "in the corner".

One of the best looking homes I've seen featured on KZbin as far as Maui homes go. Well thought out interior layout. Rarely seen in Hawaiian homes period. A larger than normal kitchen...something mainlanders would want. The front entrance is not part of one great room. Just didn't see a custom home theatre room or home gym. :) A virtual "bargain" at 8.8M. :) Which it sort of is since this is a 7000+ sqft home with interior and exterior design that rivals homes costing 10M+...or even the odd 22M home listed on Christie's or Sotherby's.

just got back from a stay in this condo . nice place when we got there but joe got drunkand pissed in the corner of the master bedroom and toney,a homeless guy we met , puked everywhere in the living room . five stars
