just asking what type of grinding ( surface , centerless..) that sphere which can manufacture ? ( you said sphere grindind but it is special type ı think ) (Cylindrical grinder ,plunge cut grinder, form grinder ,Internal grinder, centreless grinder, surface grinder)

Dear Sadık Can SİLİSERİ Thank you for your comment. The Multigrind machines are basically equipped with 5 axes that can be moved simultaneously. By integrating a tool changer, different grinding wheels can be exchanged. In the application shown, pre-machining is performed with a profile wheel and the surface is finished with a cup wheel. "Schaft" auf englisch heißt in diesem Zusammenhang "shank". Ansonsten schön, nächstes Mal gerne wieder in Farbe!

I don't quite understand, what this closed loop is. Does the CMM feed back to the machine? Or do you use the linear (glass) scales to make the axis servos more precise?

If it was grinding, you wouldn't see anything at all. wheels like these at the precision cut being made requires incredible coolant pressure.
