I love this is one. I'm sick and tired of being in pain . What you said about insanity that is part of alcohol anonymous.

Thank you!!!! As a someone who practices I can’t STAND the inauthentic “yoga teacher” voice. Is incredibly distracting, especially when you’re familiar w their usual speaking voice. I get that they’re trying to cultivate a calming environment, but it’s not achieving that.
@CaraBradleyspeakerКүн бұрын
Exactly! Glad you got that. Our normal conversational voice is much more soothing to the nervous system.

You know this is funny I was just thinking of what I have left in me with my age. It's crazy because we are the same age and with needing both knees done doing one at a time how am I going to be I am trying to stay positive but wanting to change jobs for a little bit more time . Will see.

Funny you say this because I feel like I might have Tampon voice, but also I've had students say that they find my teaching style very soothing and relaxing... Maybe mine just comes off more genuine, but I definitely like the idea to be more direct, and cut out the passive voice as much as possible.
