Unplug vehicle speed sensor or install cheap air intake sensor (track is fully disabled with any check engine code at all for some reason)

In the video the only rattle is from the speedometer, if you have a metallic rattle on startup could be either vvti solenoid or even a timing chain rattle.

My cluster does this too (but I had one before that had the vvt rattle it’s much louder and worse sounding)

Weird, could be a shift solenoid, ECM or a couple other things. I would diagnose in that order.

Huh? Cuz You jackass it isn't the re programming that is fixing it smh.. there's a fault inside on the circuit board so by swapping it out gets you a diff board and then you program your keys to the new board.. you should stay away tbh lol I'm actually surprised you have a KZbin acct n knew how

You can try to change the gearbox oil first, then i would jump to checking the solenoids and then i would go to the ecm.

I had shifting problems also but what worked for me was dismantling the valve body and cleaning it with petrol, now it shifts like a dream

No, Ecu did not have the exact same number, but I did some research and it seems like some of them are compatible, do your research. Also this ECU was from RHD car and mine is LHD so this also does not matter.

@@BudgetCarFun thank you totally appreciate it this car has been kicking my ass trying to get it in running condition to register, it had a cold air intake on it with tape holding the mass air flow in place the car drove ok I would put it in neautrl coming to a stop ..if I missed neutral more than 3 times it would cause check engine light ..it was shifting thru all the gears at first after replacing cold air intake with original box now it it will not shift past 3rd gear ..omg ..I've sent the ECM out to SIA for repair ..but I may go to a local pick apart and pick up an ECM to see if it works ..

You have to bridge pins 4 and 13 on the obd2 port (@7:40) then press the ignition two times (without pressing the brake pedal (do not start the vehicle)) you have to hold the keyfob near the start/stop button and wait for 30 minutes. Then press the ignition switch once again so the car turns off. Remove the paper clip that you connected 4 and 13 ports and start the car normally.
