​@@lookback4506 Yes, my experience with participants tells me that this explainer skips too fast through a lot of the screens. Digital natives can do this, but there are a lot of participants out there that are not that tech savy or cannot mentally process information that fast. For instance at 1:10 the popups for enabling camera/mic is only shown for few milliseconds, and you can barely read the text or what you need to click on. I strongly suggest to user test the installation process + video with some non-digital natives, like elderly people. You'll be flabbergasted how hard and error prone the process can be for some people.

@@birdsong2552 thanks! Re the installation process we are well aware that some participants are having a hard time with this and working to improve usability continuously. Re this video we haven't tested it with participants (it was originally intended for researchers) but you are of course correct that we should and I can totally see how it is moving too quick. Thanks again for pointing my attention to this!
