Update. They say it’s made in America and I call bullcrap. It’s assembled in America with Chinese parts. I made this machine years ago for $1100. All Chinese and I saved a ton of money.

How does it fare with stainless tubing? We do a lot of 0.065” wall polished 304 tube and that would be the main use of this machine.

You should have shown us the back side of each one of those panels without the ink on them we could really see the difference clearly pretty difficult to see with all those sharpie lines from so far away

Yes... you can adecuate the suspension stiffness choosing different spring rate but in all cases suspension travel is practically nonexistent with the system that you have designed.. Good aproach anyway

REALLY GOOD SETUP ... BUT THERE IS ONE SMALL PROBLEM, THE THROAT IS FAR TOO SMALL ... THERE IS DEFINITELY NOT ENOUGH ROOM TO DO DIMPLE DIES ON SAY A HOOD OR A TRUNK LID.. HOW DOES ONE FIT EITHER ONE OF THESE IN THE SMALL OPENING... JUST SAYING...!!!!

REACH over to the reverse switch...this is a pain in the ass to do while holding the work in one hand. Can we get a rewire kit to mount the switch where it should be, at the operators end near the crank? A few extra feet of wiring, switch mount. Make it happen....

I love the MB 24 billet bead roller we just purchased , just one tweak would make it better. Having the direction switch near the depth adjustment crank. Might make my own retrofit. But i love it.

We've seen Jamey use a combination of Stencil Roll and Skateboard Wheel a lot for detail and accent work like what you're describing.

@@georgiamorgan_ The stencil roll is in the art roll kit, yes. It is also available on our website in a single roll (#202-088) or in a set (#202-089). Skateboard wheels can be purchased individually or in a set with all three hardness' (that #202-108). There certainly are a lot of options and plenty of ways to get there.

Sounds like someone's going to be having an epic #newtoolday coming up soon! Our bead roller's are designed to take dies with 3/4" inner diameter. If you dies are that size they should fit, but we can't guarantee that being they're not our dies.
