Having now ridden almost 3000km in Japan in April-May on a motorcycle I can say it will be one of the fondest memories of mine. I really want to go back now and ride around Hokkaido. Amazing country and people.

Just bought a new black 2023 about 2 months ago, and honestly have not had it out at night more than about 5 min. In AR, USA and it is very hot here now. most of my riding is in the morning. making me want to get out on my hayabusa again even in the heat ! Thanks for the video.

Yeah I ride mostly during the night as well, I'm in eastern Europe and it's too hot here as well to go out during the day, even at night it's pretty damn hot

Hayabusa is a great bike, but after 40 000km on your Hayabusa, do you dislike something? Are you still using Bridgestone s22 tires or did you found other tires you like more?
@JapanMotorcyclists4 ай бұрын
The tyres of preference are Michelin Power 6 or PILOT POWER 2CT.

I do enjoy your video rides. Is it possible to move the fone to another spot so your speedo and gear indicator are visible. They would be interesting to see.

I have exactly the same bike but I'm hesitating to buy those Yoshimura slip on. Do you recomand them? The sound seems to be a bit better.
@JapanMotorcyclists6 ай бұрын
The Japanese and overseas specifications seem to differ slightly, but a small afterfire sound is added when the slip-on is used. Lightness is considerably improved.

Yoshimura exhausts are very expensive in UK after import tax, are they a lot better than the standard? Lighter of course but how much louder?
@JapanMotorcyclists6 ай бұрын
Slip-on volume is inadequate. for japan one is especially low. The best ones are full exhaust and for closed.

Great video and that is an absolute beautiful place to ride. Thank you for sharing. I also have a Gen3 Hayabusa a 2023. If I make a suggestion though. You didn’t need to shift nearly as much as you are. You could honestly left it in third gear the entire time. Now if the engine isn’t broken in yet then I totally understand. If that’s not the case though try using more of the rev range. You don’t need to keep the engine at like 3k-4kRPMs.
@mindsharedmoto51488 ай бұрын
I believe it is well broken in with 41k+ in the odometer. My guess it is because either the Euro 5 emission with stopping fuel during deceleration or the A mode what is a bit on/off related to the power delivery. Maybe worth to try to tweak with engine braking amount in the user settings or give the B mode a spin for the sake of.the comparison. Anyway we are not similar as some people love BMW GS like hell, or Honda bikes with DCT and other assisted robotic shifting some are not a big fan... So if it makes Seagull happy that is well respected. 😃 Keep up with the good work. If you have some pictures with some beautiful backgrounds from these trips eith the parked bike, please add those as well.🤘🤙
