That’s a great question! To be honest I’m not 100% sure of the answer. I guess it depends on what is causing the snoring; if it is caused by congestion/ a cold etc. then yes, the massage will help to alleviate blockages. However if the snoring is caused by obesity, alcohol or other non-nasal/sinus related reasons, then the massage won’t help. I would recommend speaking to a medical professional if you are unsure of the cause or for more accurate information on snoring. I hope this helps

This baby massage routine is suitable for newborns, but I would recommend waiting until you are ready to start giving the massage - that you have a quite, relaxing environment and you can dedicate time to your baby without rushing or putting on pressure. The most important thing is to listen to the cues from your baby whether to start the massage or not and avoid times when your baby is crying or asleep etc - it should be a positive experience to increase bonding between parent and baby, therefore choose the best time that suits you both to start. I will take a look at which oils I will recommend and get back to you soon.

Thank you for sharing your option, if you like the sequence of poses but don’t like the audio you can always play it on mute 😉- everyone is different and I appreciate that people like different things. The beauty of KZbin is that we can use the mute button, when you are more experienced with yoga and have a silent meditative practice, which I agree is also lovely, however for some beginners they appreciate the talking to give them something to focus on. I hope you continue to enjoy your yoga practice 😊

Helpful. I also love applying a warm towel to my face to stimulate sinus drainage when necessary. After flying 15 hours I’ve got sinus pains. This helped 😊
