What type shoes do wear---75 and trying to learn

Foe boogie woogie you can wear a trainer like addidas, or keds, or if you're able to find blayer shoes they are very good. Bloch shoes are good. People wear anything they can spin in really. As you progress there are lots of dance shoes on the swingdance scene you can try. St savoy are the only ones i can remember now though!

You've sadly been fooled if you think that ACV makes you loose weight. It's more of a detox than anything else. It definitely does not make you loose weight. To loose weight you need to be in a Calorie deficit. No drink can take your weight down

@@emilyhops2566 Hi Emily, Lectins-a type of protein found in fruits, vegetables, legumes, dairy, and grains-wreak havoc on the gut, creating systemic inflammation and laying the groundwork for disease and weight gain. Avoiding lectins offers incredible health benefits but requires a significant lifestyle change-one that, for many people, can feel overwhelming. If you wish to know more, it is all explained in a book by Dr Steven R Gundry called " The Plant Paradox" it's on Amazon. You can also see him on You Tube. If you have tried everything else and it hasn't worked then it might be worth a go. Also Try a KETO diet with intermittent fasting, we have and lost 3 stone doing so and never felt more healthier. I wish you all the luck and i hope if you try this it will work for you. Last tip try home made lemonade. blend one full wax free organic lemon with water to create a concentrated lemon water, add sparkling water apple cider vinegar and enough liquid stevia to sweeting it to taste. We drink this when fasting to stop those belly grumbles plus we drink built coffee that also helps us survive on one meal a day when fasting

Try low fibre for a couple of weeks or months and then slowly add in other veg one at a time, a week at a time so you can see what disagrees with you. I seem to be ok with brocolli but awful with cauliflower! I'm ok with baked beans but not other beans and pulses!

@@emilyhops2566 thanks:-) I did it last night. I actually feel a bit better. I may have to do it again. Am going to go low fibre. My doctors have always said add more fibre. Im going to stop the physillium husk for a few days. Im on a low fodmap diet and Im ceoliac as well. I have to be so careful. Thanks for posting such an intimate thing. It has realllllly helped me! I had a exploratory surgery two years ago, due to tummy pain. they wondered if I had endometriosis, turns out my bowels were so impacted, all the large bowel was all sitting down my pelvis. Thank you so much. I know what actually is going to help me now. All the meds prescribed dont really do alot.

Your symptoms sound exactly like mine were for over 20 years, absolutely terrorized, got the same diagnosis as you, the lazy doctor's diagnosis and big pharma friend IBS,. I drink Willy's, I was attracted to it by its simple packaging, no need to guild a Lily, I love the taste of it and that little bite at the back of the throat, I use a straw as ACV is too acidic for teeth, also bypasses the tongue for those who have a problem with that. ACV is not the only change I've made to my diet, I cut out all carbs and sugar, followed Keto strictly for a month, not to lose weight as I was only lbs over my natural weight, but the weight did fall off, way too quickly, hence the short time on strict Keto, which I was hoping would repair/reset my system, I believe it did, today my system is as it was over 20 years ago. What was the main instigator of my digestive problems?, ignoring what it was in my diet that caused so much agony and misery, the biggest attacker was sugar, which is in most processed foods, and also in fresh fruit, the worse offender was that which I used for medication and good health, natures 'cure all', raw, local honey!, yeah you read that correctly, honey, in all forms, does not suit everyone, it was my invited terrorist!, how do I know?, my suffering started when I started to use raw, natural honey daily, with and in everything, but I ignored the connection because honey couldn't possibly do that, could it?, yes it could!, my suffering reduced massively after being unable to get that honey for a week and returned when I could, no coincidence!, I know now that honey in anything causes bloating and discomfort for me, even when it's in cereals like Kellog's crunchy nut etc. HONEY IS SUGAR. I don't know if ACV is the main reason for me feeling great, but it does now replace black tea, I have around 4 half pint glasses a day and it does no harm to me at all. Chronic digestive problems are almost always due to what you are putting in your digestive system so really look at each item in your diet and don't discount anything as the offender just because you don't want to stop eating it, denial is a dieter's greatest enemy so treat everything with suspicion. Lastly, cut out all sugars and carbs for weight loss and stop looking for magical cures if your not strong enough to be honest about what and how much you eat and drink.

Mine turned out to be SIBO, and youre right! Honey, that i adore so much, is a no no, yet maple syrup is ok! Luckily i dont like maple syrup. I agree that sugar is the worst, and i am so addicted, but i'm getting there! Thanks for your advice!
