Shifter makes it so much more difficult to kill through a body with any semi decent number of atk points, while also leaving you with like no followup if you can’t kill, figured the card had diminishing returns over the other cards i played

Thank you so much! You're the reason I started playing Skull Servants as my first ever Yu-Gi-Oh deck in 2016, it makes me really happy I can share this list with you now :) Would love to hear about your progress and builds with it - personally I can't imagine playing without Horus, they always force interaction from your opponent if they have any, they get Baking out of hand so easily and set up an early negate to push with the rest of your hand, I think that's the best compliment you can ask for alongside the skulls

​​@@jamesbrowne421if you're looking to go first with skull servants you should really think about adding shadows light and a single wightprincess. wightlord and wightprincess are light zombies so if you start with unizombie or any skull servant you can summon princess and lord. also you can banish it from grave to get an extra normal summon so its not bad to mill going first either. It also makes unizombe getting handtraped hurt a lot less because it allows you to summon a princess to dump a prince and if they decide to handtrap the princess you can syncro into immortal dragon and still be able to dump a zombie that you need.

Weiss is only good if you draw a brick, so theoretically you can play less Weiss if you play less bricks. old school yugioh ratio math says 2 copies with 5 ways to use it, ie 5 bricks/2weiss. In tournament I did feel like I was just short on names playing this ratio. Always missing a tuner, or drawing weiss alone and milling the other one.] -6- 1 mudora 1 keldo 1 scheiren 1 trick clown (selene access) 1 one for one 1 foolish burial [nonengine engine] The last 6 slots I did 2 different things: 1 zepyros [oddly this card always felt best with the next 6 card package to bounce kings sarc] 3rd felis 3rd weiss 2 solar recharge 1 reasoning or 3rd recharge -or- 3 imsety 1 hapi 2 king sarc after playing with all these combinations, I actually settled on playing 45 cards in the main, playing all of those 12 minus the reasoning. how do you resolve reframing with that endboard? cause reframing needs you to control a synchro monster

@@mangodangoLTE my apologies, I made a mistake - Minerva is always left on my endboard for both reframing and aegis, i'll edit that in. She's decent follow-up to leave on board to as you can use the effect to banish to mill again on your next turn.

Do you prefer to go first or second?

@@michaelnguyen0716 I like to do both! The deck is built to go first primarily, but the non-engine is well equipped to go 2nd - Milling decks always have the potential to push through big boards.

Not really, those and big welcome are the 3 best cards in the deck. Otherwise you will need "power" traps like Evenly, Ice Dragon's Prison, etc and hope they can get a ton of value

Nice list! Did you think about dropping 1 lady? I usually don’t seem to need 2 and it opens more room for drawing a hand trap for example. The unchained stuff I’m still conflicted since it actually helps u a lot if u get stopped by the enemies hand traps to still end on interruption. Currently I’m running it. Sharvara doesn’t feel like a huge brick since it sometimes can pop a transaction or help dodge imperm/veiler.

@@kokorolo8812 I did think about dropping to 1 Lady, I think you definitely can. I think its a good side-out option in matches where you're unlikely to lose it forever to a banish, but I do like the push for lethal you can get by using 2. Sharvara I agree is more of a soft brick, I've seen people side out escape but keep the Sharvara in post-side. I think if snake-eyes didn't exist I'd definitely play it but when we're so outpowered at the moment, max consistency is key I think. You could even play Yama and Rage and make Rage with 3 monsters without using Sharvara at all, I was considering that as my last 2 slots in the ED over Mirrorjade/Albion, you get the Rage into SP play without the main deck cards, very good in a simplified board.

Yeah I often side out just the escape. I get the strive for consistency. What would your usual siding patterns be though? Side out pots and Second Lady for more HT going second?

I love your list, I feel that in the Fire King format it is very strong. What would you recommend in my case? It happens that in my town there are only 2 fire kings and the rest are Runick Bystial, kashtira and branded, do you think that the unchained package will be better against those decks? I would like to hear your ideas, thanks for the content. For larger events I want to use your list.

@@kokorolo8812 my usual side pattern depends on the matchup but typically I take out 3-5 engine cards going 2nd for handtraps - some combination of Ariane, Arias, Field Spell, 1-2 pots, and 1 rollback (ariane and field spell stay in if I think they're impactful in the matchup, other 3 are always coming out - sometimes ill take all the pots out as well) - then I'll take out 3 of any HT that I think is bad in the matchup (usually Ash vs SE). So that has you taking out 6-8 cards and puts you on 14-17 HTs going 2nd. For SE specifically i always did 1 pot 2 engine and 3 Ash out, 3 phantazmay 2 belle 1 Magnamhut in - thinking about it now maybe it could've been 3 pots out instead. Going first is a trickier side cuz u really want to max out engine and resolve combo so I think it all stays in and statue + 1-2 normal traps go in and a couple HTs come out.
