I do think it does suck that we didn't get a sonic boss fight but i like how it's a cutscene i would of been a little disappointed beating sonic to just have the cutscene tell me that im wrong Shadow loses

Is it just me, or did they make this fight harder in the remake? it seemed like it took forever to get an orb, and then, when i did, it took forever to catch up to Shadow, even when hitting all the meteors. it really seemed like the speed boost skill was necessary. I don't remember having trouble in the original Sonic Generations when i played it on the DS.

Dont get me wrong! I loved Sonic & Shadow Generations! but if there was only one thing I was really disappointed in, it was the fact that we didn't get a role reversal fight between Shadow and Sonic... I was honestly really hoping that I would get to fight Sonic! but alas, Sega doesn't want their golden boy to be fought against anymore... So thank you for making this mockup of what could have been! :3

Here's what could have happened if Sonic was a boss battle. So a cutscene plays, but it's the same at 0:06 and 0:42 but this time you are playing as Shadow battling Sonic trying to beat him. After you defeat Sonic as Shadow, a cutscene plays on Sonic faking his defeat 2:07 and then defeats Shadow. Then the same thing happens like this cutscene on 2:23.

Now it makes sense this whole time Sonic has a fake chaos emerald and not the real one, ha! 😆

What we all were expecting:

Yeah man , it was a waste of opportunity, we could have an amazing boss battle against Sonic. But sadly we doesn't have this. I hardly doubt that Sega is going to do a Dlc for this, but frontiers had the 3 part Dlc one year later so it's not impossible. But still is super hard to happen. Sad😢
