Badge, both you and my brother would have been good together. Like you, nothing deterred him, he'd re-engineer or modify tools to fit any job. He was a fitter and turner by qual, learned his trade in aircraft originally but anything that had a motor, he could fix it, modify it or rebuild it. One example was his youngest son who is 6' 10", getting a car to fit him lol, my brother had to make new rails so the seat could extend back further, shorten the steering column and change the steering wheel size so that he could even get behind the wheel lol. Not a day goes past that I don't miss him. Keep up the good work Badge, good tradies are a rare breed. ❤🦘

Use non synthetic oil. The Ford 6.4's had similar rocker issues. If you use regular oil, it'll stay on the components longer than synthetic, which will drain off faster, causing drier starts. Traditional oil sticks better . Just a tip.

150K miles is about 241K kms which is still way below the mileage your valve train should be failing. Did Chrysler ever announce a recall for these issues? Time for a coffee next time I'm in town?
