Good morning…where can purchase a kobo libra. I’ve been seeing some bad reviews on Amazon vendors.

I went to Indigo to check the speed on the colour Kobo and I thought it was really slow but I don't think this will stop me from buying it 😂

Great Video. I have a Kindle paperwhite, Scribe, Nook & Kobo. I bought the Kobo bcuz, I thought I could transfer my Barnes & Noble books to it. That was a total disappointment. I have THOUSANDS of books in both Kindle and Nook ecosystem’s. Yes, the Kobo is very well made. I like it but, I don’t “Love it” and have yet to read or finish a book on it. 🥴 I’m working thru my commitment issues🤣 I notice I reach for my Scribe & my Paperwhite the most. Now I’m considering ordering the BigMe to have all my ebooks on one e-ink device.

I got the kobo libra colour last month after i heard about the coloursoft (sorry I am British) and was hoping the kindle would of been on par with the Kobo..... Down side is mu library has just pulled ebooks from their system so i have a library card which I can't use now. I was heavy in the kindle system but I am slowly coming aqay from there but I still love my older paperwhite though

I think if you like to annotate a lot you should get the kobo (although is my understanding that kobo annotations can't be exported?), or if you really like buttons. I am used to not using buttons when I read, just tapping the screen. So the kindle wins for me. ( Today it occurred to me, the reason why I have never turned off the kindle by mistake with that weird power button placement is that I use a case, maybe that helped me 😅)

The stylus attaches on the side opposite of the buttons 😊 Btw, I'm a huge Percy Jackson fan, glad you have it in both devices! Lol

i just ordered mines a couple days ago and i am too excited!! haha you are one of the very few reviewers that talks more positive about this kindle colorsoft. which is awful. it’s always interesting to me how people can impact others from buying something to not buy something instead of people just using their own judgement. i can’t wait for your next upload!!

I have the Paperwhite 11, a Kobo Aura Limited Edition and a Boox Nova Air, but I just bought the Kobo Libra Colour, which I love and I'm waiting for the Kindle Colorsoft. I think that in the end my favourites will always be Kindle and Kobo for their integrations with their Libraries service. Android wReaders are definitely not my thing.

just got mine!! luckily it doesn’t seem to have the yellow line of death. I love seeing the books in color, but yes, it is a little darker if I put it side by side with my paperwhite…. so I won’t 😂. I don’t know if it just me, but even the wifi seem to behave better in this device vs my old paperwhite

Great review. I think I’ve convinced myself to get a colorsoft for my birthday in a couple of weeks. I choose my books from my kindle app on my iPad because I can see the covers in color. It just helps them not all look alike to me. Also, my kindle is from 2016 and I’ve never upgraded. I think it’s time and this one has features I love.

I like my colorsoft just fine. I switched from a Kindle Oasis, which I really like, but I was tired of its size and weight due to my small and arthritic hands. My only complaint, other than no page-turning buttons, is that I keep forgetting that the power button is on the bottom of the device, and I keep looking for it on the top!

I bought a colorsoft and have not had the issues others have. I’m enjoying mine. Keeping it.

I think the color looks really good. It reminds me of reading the Sunday funnies. I'll definitely consider switching to color when it's added to the Scribe. Thanks for the vid!
