This footage was taken onboard one of the many fall excursion trains held out of Croton Harmon during their open house on October 5th. My trip for that day was behind engine 203, otherwise known as "patches" for its sloppy wear and tear on its paint job.

Why does everyone hate buccaneer railfanning/ Jericho? And how long will it be until he gains trusts with anyone and railfans again?
@Pensyfan193 күн бұрын
It's not likely that he'll regain trust from others, but he was recently exposed for sending heinous messages to certain individuals. There are likely several videos explaining the situation, but I do not want to delve into it further, as I personally was never involved with any of that drama, nor do I want to at any point.

I was running my LionChief polar express with a conventional transformer and pressed one of the buttons on it and now the sound doesn’t work. Can’t seem to fix it.
@Pensyfan194 күн бұрын
I'm not entirely sure how to fix that, but I notice that running lionchoef engines entirely on transformer powered tracks doesn't always work well for the engine. Likewise, I also don't recommend the opposite, as placing transformer powered engines on lionchief tracks often causes them to run out of control.
@Bobdole43734 күн бұрын
@ gotcha. Yeah I normally just the regular Lionel plug in that comes in the set, but I couldn’t find it when I wanted to run a train. At first I thought I inadvertently muted it through some odd setting sequence but now I’m thinking something is broke. Oh well lol Thanks for sharing your video!

Considering that snowflake was borrowed by UP for local freight service and switching moves for some smaller customers in the SLC area, I assume UP uses regular geeps for these moves now?

Why do I seem to recall seeing this engine in a more complete Tri-Rail scheme, with orange accents? Did they roster ANOTHER cab unit?
@Pensyfan1913 күн бұрын
That I haven't heard of. The F unit was preserved in its GO Transit livery, so it's not likely that the engine was repainted to a Tri Rail livery and then back to a GO Transit livery.

Too bad you don't know the correct pronunciation for some of the stops. Very annoying. IMO none of your suggestions have a chance in our lifetimes. The towns west of Lindenwold would NEVER agree to tearing up stations, parking or other intrusions. The extension of PATCO to AC is the only viable option but very expensive to make the line an electric metro style train with elevated or subway sections. It still would not connect with AMTRAK 30th street station. PATCO could work with SEPTA for free transfers to the MFSE line at 8th Street Station.
