I normally shop at Costco monthly, which is referred to be unfair according to this clip. However, I love your channel. It is insane these days for its living cost. Your contribution to the Aus. residents for the saving tips are life saving to the people.

You are doing great, to have fun is the most important thing. Just keep trying to stand up, maybe try a litlle wider board, to help you keeping your balance easier. And paddeling on your knees is also great to do. Good luck&have fun!

Any tips for getting cheap Magic Kingdom tickets? We are being quoted £400 for 3 days
@alismithhhh15 күн бұрын
Hmmm I booked through the Klook app and it was the most affordable I’d seen (although most places are very similar in price)!! I do have a 10% off code that you could use if you went down that route but no pressure at all!! (It’s ALISMITHKLOOK) The tickets are quite pricey but u have to say it’s so worth it too! We managed okay just with the one day and having 2 would have just been perfect. I hope it all works out for you!

You being embarrassed to ask for a seatbelt extender is normal you should be embarrassed. It should motivate you do want to do better.

A moving board is more easy to stand on. Give a few paddle strokes in the water to get going.

Well done. Its definitely harder in the sea . Ive done lots on still lakes with not getting wet . Still not got fully up in the sea though. That board looks under inflated . Also if youve got a 6" its gonna be harder to get up on it thatn a 5"

Try to look straight forward (to the horizon) when you are standing up, this will help you to maintain the balance.

Just got my membership for the gym. I’m. 319 pound mother of one. I’ve been walking for two weeks portion sizing and home exercise. I want to work out in the gym so bad but I’m so self conscious. Today after work will be my first time going. Pray for me y’all because I want this weight off of me. I’ve already lost 3 Pounds in a 1.5 weeks. I’m hype and ready

I am 70 and have a race SUP, I am happy to hear that you got out and did that. I am sure you have set an example and helped many others by doing so. I would just say to keep the board moving and look straight out, do not look down because it will mess up your balance every time.

Swimming on a SUP is easier if you make sure to inflate it to the pressure recommended by the manufacturer. It's obvious, but not everyone remembers it.

Also you should get a paddle board with a leash to help woth not losing the board!

A few years ago I kept being like, I'll try climbing when I lose weight. Then I realised I kept putting everything off instead of just trying the things. Is so much more freeing to just do the things you want, even if my mind often tells me I'm somehow worse than everyone else.

I tried paddleboarding for first time this summer and it's so much fun! I watched a few KZbin videos giving instructions first which really helped me with standing and balance, keep your feet level with each other at about middle of board, feet facing straight forward, while in squatting position look straight forward while standing, don't look down! That helped me a lot. Keep having fun out there!😊

I'd love to see this for people who have dietary restrictions. I have a friend who is coeliac and everything gluten free costs 3x the price of not gluten free. Also would be cool to see a vegan version too

You need to paddle a bit to get speed up stay on your knees before you stand up. It's easier to balance once you get speed Stand middle of the bord stand up and paddle like mad 😅

Girl, u r hilarious! You mustn't of had 2 English grandma's like me😅 They had war ration grocerys and depression dinners down! From my observations they bought any cheap meat, sometimes that was just a hamhock and pigs trotters...so we had pea and ham soup for 5days. It didn't feel like a drama or we where missing out. Different meal everyday all week is nuts to me cause that's alot of dishes😂
