I will do the Australian rows tomorrow. It is just a matter of keeping the back straight. That wasn’t my purpose in this exercise.

Nice thrusting but prob not a row

Decent beginner Australian Rows. You should start on lower rungs on the ladder, though. You're not strong enough for that depth yet it seems.
@kevind1870Ай бұрын
This one. I was a trainer, and I wouldn't risk you up that high. Don't let ego get you hurt, but keep it up.
@zenflareАй бұрын
@@kevind1870I wasn’t trying to do Australian rows. You mean doing the pull up with the back straight, right? That wasn’t the exercise I was doing. I was rotating the shoulders in this exercise. Not the same exercise at all. I will try the Australian rows tomorrow and see
@kevind1870Ай бұрын
@@zenflare I'm not familiar with Australian rows. I just meant until you have your strength down, I'd err on the side of safety is all, no matter the exercise. Small gains are better than injuries. Keep it up!

Unironically rings are one of the best workouts especially if you have a much higher set or rings you can hang from without touching the ground. Some of the best physiques ive seen were from almost exclusively ring work outs.

She is strong enough to open the door and knew how to use her head to get out. She actually opened the door with her paws and went in to the cabinet on her own. The point is, if you want to get your way, you have to think about how to achieve your goal and use your head (in this case literally!).
